Q: Seems to have broken after a year of use. Lights and sounds go on but the car itself will no longer drive and cannot be controlled by the remote. Has this happened to anyone else? We’ve left it to charge but have had no luck

A: Hello AmandaBee, I will be more than glad to assist you with your question, and yes, the windshield for our 12V Kids Ride On Truck is tinted, but is see-through and low enough so your daughter's eye sight is above the windshield, this Ride On truck is recommended for ages 3-8, features 3 speeds, built in Bluetooth speakers, spring suspensions, parental remote, 128lbs weight capacity, we do have another model with no tinted windshield, our other model is also 12V Ride On Truck, but is recommended for ages 3-5, 61lb weight capacity, it has an AUX outlet to allow you to connect media devices, single 2.8mph speed, also does feature parental control as the one you are interested in, but it has a windshield designed like a Net. I thought that it was a two theater however it’s only one and I love it. It’s very durable. It can go up cruise. It can drive on the grass. My toddler is running it through the mud and it’s still working. We use it almost every day and I probably only have to charge it once a week so battery life is extra extraordinary. It did take a little bit to set it up. Probably about 40 minutes, but if you just read the directions too early. You’ll get it in.

Only lasted a year before the battery stopped charging. We've tried other chargers with no success.

I bought the Jeep to my grandson in November 2019 and we had no problems with the car since that. Very strong and powerful. He loves to drive. In the beginning I "drive it" using the remote control, but now he (4,5 yeras old) drive alone, and I only stay alert with the control. For maintenance, I only changed the battery (too easy to find - No break battery - low cost)

She loves it and has been riding it every day since we gave it to her. Even more than the vehicle itself is the customer service at BCP. It was awesome. The gift arrived within days, and I ordered it just before a holiday, the emails keeping me abreast of its arrival were great, and the item came, was easy to put together, and was the perfect gift. I will shop BCP again in the future.

Love the Jeep! Best concept there is! My niece loves it and it gives me a piece of mind to let her drive knowing I am able to steer her in the correct direction if needed. She even loves sitting back and letting me drive. I have to say the customer service is the best part. Call and you can talk to a representative quickly and they are so helpful and patient! Best investment ever! I'll see what else this company has to offer just because of the quality and the customer service.

This Jeep has lasted 4-5 yr through 2 kids and still going strong. I have only had to replace the battery which was expected and hot glue wires to connection points due to vibration which is expected after the years of usage.

Our son loves this jeep. I would definitely give this product 5 stars except for one thing: Best choice products does not sell any replacement parts. We have had this for a little over a year and it has worked just fine. However, the battery life has decreased drastically and the hollow plastic wheels have worn through. I would gladly purchase a new battery and new wheels but they are unavailable. I could probably find another battery for it that would work, however I'm not sure there is anything I can do with the worn out wheels. Would I recommend this product? Yes, but just be aware that when something wears out there are no parts available.

I bought this for my grandson when he was 18 months old. He is now 6 years old and is still driving and loving it! We are on our 3rd battery! This is the very best value for the money. I wish they made a bigger one for him now that he is outgrowing this one.

I would say the only thing we didn't love about it was the remote can be a little backwards so I turned it around and used it. I must say best choice got it to us quickly and when the second box didn't show up at the same time I reached out to them and they told me a tracking number and how soon it would arrive. It was already before Christmas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the absolute best buy ever for my three year old daughter! She freaking LOVES it and so do I, honestly! It has a remote control that takes precedent over my daughter's manual actions inside the Jeep and allows you to select from three speed options which was great to help her get comfortable riding in it. It's also got a working stereo system with a radio and Bluetooth connection option so we can jam out to baby shark or whatever she wants to listen to while we ride. One of the best benefits to choosing this Jeep as opposed to the many other options out there, is the ease with which I was able to set it up and the quality of the parts. Great shocks, solid handling, and decent enough power, especially if you can afford to get a second battery installed in parallel to the 12vdc/7amp-hour battery that's provided. If you like to upgrade these kinds of things, this is also a great option as the electronic components are easily accessible and easily upgradable. BEST 12VDC KIDS VEHICLE OPTION OUT THERE!
