This was a heavy duty umbrella base very sturdy bottom however the welded cylinder that goes on top rusted through within one season. I was hoping I could use it this next summer but now I'm not sure what to do with this big heavy base Is it even recyclable? Does this thing have a warranty?

I bought this to use with an umbrella and side table (built to accommodate an umbrella base with stand). The dimensions were accurate, so it fit perfectly within the table dimensions. It was easy to assemble, looks great and seems like it will be a sturdy support for my setup.
