A: Hello, this product does not have a restraint system, rather hand rails to keep child secure placed on seat. As the child gets older, handrails can be removed into a push-car. Thank you.

But as soon as I assembled it, I could clearly tell this was too small for a 3 Year old when the description on the website as well as On the box says for 2-6 Year olds. My average sized 2 Year old was busting out of it. It was also cheaply made and the plastic looks like it wont hold any infant larger than 15 lbs. It was disappointing.

this is a pretty sporty little rider.. except that the wheels do not turn.. so you can only go straight.. makes it difficult to take baby for a wwalk and ride.. I would have given it a 5 stars if the wheel could turn.

I bought this for a baby shower gift. The shower is not till next month. I hope they will enjoy it. I purchased red and it is a beauty. Sound features were a plus. Also liked that it can grow with the child as a stroller to a scooter. The big plus for me was I was able to put it together all by my self.
