This guitar is terrible!!! Bought it for my 4yr old for Christmas thinking it would be a good guitar. My husband went to tune it and it broke! Like completely popped the bottom off. This is not a playing guitar just for looks! Do not buy if you want to teach your child to play. It’s junk….

BUT….Customer service was terrific! No fuss.. Asked the right questions. Saw the photos at the time. Assisted in filling out refund form. Followed up . It was not their product.

We just lost our brother the 2nd week of December and he always played guitar and sang country music. I thought it would honor his memory and possibly bring about a new generation of guitar players. Gift for granddaughter. Loved it! Not quite old enough to master it, but I wanted to introduce her to music. The guitar was a great choice as her dad plays also. Figured he could mentor her now and again and eventually make music (and memories) together.
