Q: How do the lights connect to an outlet? I am wondering if mine is missing a connector since the end of the lights is the round plug-in piece deeper within the snowman

A: There should be an attached little black box that the round part with the prongs screw into. That little black box has the a long clear cord and plug ins attached.

A: Hello Cheryl, lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand.

A: Hello DB, the snowman stays erect via the internal spring frame the snowman is draped over. It can stay open all winter just fine, may not need to be collapsed unless its a blizzard type condition.

Well I would have given it a 5 but I received it with one of the buttons broken and the connection for the christmas light across the snowman was broken. Other than the I loved it and have received so many compliments on it.

Adorable but the base weld gave out after 2 days. So just junk. Since it's not sold by target I would have to ship back get a credit for my great deal of $85 and re buy it at full price. I'm disappointed will be more careful in the future about the bought and sold by I thought when shopping online at Target I was shopping at Target and they stood behind their products

The 8ft snowman was easy to assemble and lights up very nicely in our yard HOWEVER the base is very weak and broke after only having it up for 4 days! Had to return it because there was no way to reconnect the pole to the base. Very disappointed in the quality of the poles that are supposed to hold up the snowman especially since it cost over $150!
