Q: Can I just purchase the sustain pedal only for this keyboard? I purchased this keyboard 3 years ago and at the time it did not come with a pedal.
A: Hello Lauren, at this time, replacement sustain pedals are not available to sell separately, only included with a new box. May want to try a local piano/keyboard retailer for pedal options.

Q: Where do I get a replacement cord for my BCP piano? It's not a straight barrel end, it's flat on one side and I can't find a replacement cord.

Q: i bought this piano but i do not know how to build the stand. please give me instructions.
A: There are holes underneath the piano to attach the straps with bolts (that should be included in the stand's hardware). Similar, to how computer monitors will have holes made for attaching monitor stands.

Q: Are the weigh and the size of the keys similar to an actual piano?

A: This piano includes MIDI interface to connect with computer, otherwise, there's no indication per manual for external soundboard.

Q: weighted keys? if so how heavy?
