I think it's important, from the outset, to state that I am a 5'3" female of average build. With that in mind, I would caution anyone approximately my height (+/- a few inches) who is considering purchasing this item because I sincerely doubt the device will comfortably fit your body. At my height, the neck cradle where the neck and head massage devices are located are far too high and, unfortunately, the device cannot be adjusted to accomodate this. I had my 5'6" boyfriend try the set-up and even he found the position of the neck cradle to be too high, so if you're under at least 5'6", perhaps you'll want to consider a different massage chair than the one featured here. This next section of the review comes down to personal massage preferences, so your milage may vary, but, for me, I found the back massage to be quite weak and I REALLY had to plant my feet into the floor and press my back into the device to get even some degree of "massage" from the rollers. I found the three levels of vibration to be fine, as in they were all strong enough to be felt, but I cannot say my body felt any kind of muscular relief from that aspect of the chair. I found the air compression to be...interesting. I honestly don't understand how it could claim to provide a kind of compression therapy is it did not compress any of my body, but rather lifted me up and pushed me out of the seat (which, again, contributed to needing to REALLY firmly plant my feet in the ground in order to stay in place on the chair). I did not activate the heat button, so I cannot speak to the warmth or level of relief that feature provided to achey muscles. The point of a massage chair is provide a body with some degree of relief and, between the device not being able to be adjusted to fit the individual's height, to barely being able to feel the rollers, and literally having to strain my leg muscles in order to both stay in the chair (when using the air compression) or when attempting to get the massagers to press into my back, I cannot recommend this product. All that being said, I will add that the quality of the external material itself is good and I appreciate that some of the fabric is removable and can be washed.

Never received the item. I ordered it for 120$ with the deal. Never received it, now it's available only for 160$.

Overall this is a great chair massager for the price. I love that the back and neck massagers have enough pressure to really work out some of the tension in my shoulders and lower back and that the pressure and movement is adjustable. It’s the perfect size for my office chair and the straps keep it in place without and slipping. I haven’t used the heat feature yet. The things I don’t love are 1) when it turns off it just stops, the rollers don’t reset to a neutral position anywhere, and 2) it reeks of plastic for the first couple of days to the point that I could smell it outside of my office.

They both have very busy careers and stay in shape through workouts. This gift really treats them to a relaxing massage in the convenience of their own home!

It's multiple functions from back/neck/massaging capabilities to heating function as well as vibrating ... covers all the bases for an affordable cost. Most definitely a steal/5 Stars for sure!

I am returning this product as the main reason I got this was for more up shoulder massage and neck massage. This doesn't move high enough to reach the top of my shoulders and the neck hits the top of my head! so very uncomfortale to try and get a neck massage.

I cannot use it because the massage balls do not fit on my back or neck. Even a taller man tried it and he had to lean so much for the massage balls to geton his back that his position was very uncomfortable! Sorry have to Return this.

The neck portion hits the middle of my head and it’s not adjustable. Also the control is not backlit so useless for use in a darker room.

I bought this massage chair for after workout massage 1-2 times a week. It always works as close to a real massage as possible with a wide variety of massage options. It still works fantastic 2 years later. One of those buys that you are enthused about when you think back on the purchase and tell others about. Only downside is that its slightly heavier than anticipated but thats to be expected with the amount of components.

I love the air bags on the sides that keep you in a good position for the massager. It works better than a chair massager because it has spot massaging. More cost effective than paying for massaging in a salon. The heated seat feels so nice.

I first purchased this neck and back massager seat for my mother as birthday gift and later helped my aunt to purchased one after hearing how much my mom loves it. It works great. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in purchasing it.
