I am very pleased with the recliner. One complaint is that the footrest does not easily go back to original position .

The vibrators need more padding - we’ve only had it a few days and they are really uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is just perfect for our small living room. It is comfortable and my husband loves the heat and massage features. I love the pockets- do his papers and such can be put away! The only thing to be aware of is, that drinks may spill when in the cup holders and you close the foot rest.

Purchased this chair for our 2nd baby’s nursery. We had one almost identical that we loved but it was no longer made when I went to get another one. We searched for months for the perfect nursery chair. We wanted an electric recline since one of the biggest issues with a lot of manual chairs is the back staying reclined. We tried lazy boys and a few others but didn’t want to spend the money. We purchased the babyletto Kiwi and I did not like it. It was uncomfortable and narrow - we sent it back. The electric recline was nice but that’s all I liked. I went searching for the same chair we had before after several fails and returns. Found a few that were nearly identical. Landed on this one due to the reviews. It’s very similar to what we already have with a few minor size differences and color didference. Pros: - comfortable. I think way more comfortable than the babyletto. It’s cushy but firm. Our old chair softened up over time and I expect this one will too. - love the dark grey color and material - cup holders - perfect for nursery. A spot to put baby’s bottle and parents drink or phone. - love the heat, especially in the winter - reclines far back, easy sleeping position - storage pockets - easy recline lever on the outside (previous chair had a cord in the inside that was hard to pull) - smooth rocking - 360 spin Cons: - my biggest issue with all recliners is the back staying reclined. This one stays better than my previous but still not perfect. You have to lay just right and keep some pressure (for me to keep it down, I’m petite) - the footrest is very hard to close. Takes a lot of effort but this is not a dealbreaker for me. - slightly taller than our last chair. Have to rock on my tippy toes, but very easy to rock otherwise. - the massage - vibration, not massage - but I still like this feature - you can feel the massage nubs through the cushion in some places but does not bother me. Still comfy. Overall, great nursery chair for the price. I think it would be perfect if it was electric recline vs. manual.

The chair it self is small, however my husband is not a very big person at all, he can feel all of mechanisms for the vibration and heat through the padding. The chair gets stuck when turning it. The heat never worked when we got it. You definitely get what you pay for with this chair 😞

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair looks aesthetically pleasing. It's not oversized and may be a bit small for larger people (note the weight limitation specs). It does take some effort to retract the leg extension using your legs though. Overall am pleased with the purchase.

This chair is a piece of junk! I have only had it a little over a year and the plate on the bottom of the chair broke letting oily ballbearings fall onto my carpet! The chair is lopsided now and I’m unable to sit in it!! The manufacturer refused to replace/refund or even send a replacement plate!! I don’t think this chair is Sold Out. I think they stopped selling it due to all the complaints! DON’T BUY!!!!
