A: There's no mention of being fire resistance on BCP product page. Nevertheless, if there's a certain amount of fire retardant used, a material handling label affixed to chair should state the percentages and type of retardant used.

Q: I got this chair and for the life of me I can’t figure out how to make it change positions. It doesn’t click into place . The back only will go back to one place, What am I missing?

We bought this chair less than a year ago. It broke over the summer. The company replaced it with hesitation, but still replaced it. Then less than a month later the same piece broke on it. It was within their replacement timeline and refused. Bummer because it is a nice chair.

The chair is stylish and comfortable. After regular use of about 6 months, it has fallen apart. The springs have broken through the padding on the seat and the metal frame on the back of the seat is poking out the back.

chair welding ended up breaking in the first few days. I don't even know if it was welding on to begin with but now the whole chair is lopsided because of this and you can't sit on it at all. do not recommend.
