[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lounger is fairly comfortable; however, it doesn't seem balanced. It slants to the foot end so that I have to brace my toes against the end to kee from sliding down more and I am only 5'2". The back seems to almost push me to the end. Also beware that if you leave the cushion out in the rain, it is not rain repellent. Water will soak in to the cushion and remain at the bottom so that when you sit/lay in the lounger, you will sink down and be sitting in water. The suspension of the lounger is very relaxing and the product is very attractive.

Yea it’s a great chair but the canvas on mine by the eyeholes are torn up Wish you could buy a replacement but

Initially had a problem with the cushion but the company made it right. It is comfy and my favorite place to relax.

I only wish I could move it into the house- the spoiled rotten pups don't do well in the heat, so a good portion of the day is spent inside....:( but when the temp is right, we're out there. Dust, dirty dishes...they'll be there later!

Chair is extremely difficult for ‘short’ people. There is no lock pin in place to stabilize. I’m 5-4”—the chair swings while trying to sit and have to maneuver - way to high to comfortably get into-added another S hook to lower it-but then the swing balance was off—both getting on and off —very disappointed as I bought two. Takes up a lot of space…best you have a large patio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a couple stops and starts getting it put together, but once it was assembled, it is a very well-built and nice looking swinging chaise lounge. For some, it could be difficult to get into since it swings, but the pleasant rocking motion is very soothing. It’s so nice looking that it makes our deck appear fancier. The seating position is not adjustable, that might be the one downside.

Recieved this item a few weeks ago and went to put it together a week later. Parts were missing and now I can't get a response from CS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the chair. Workmanship sub par... Whomever welded the nut to the leg for the screw in, did an AWFUL job! Left slag inside of the bolt on the threads and didn't even center the nut on the pre drilled hole before welding.

Not even a month outside and it’s already rusting.

I must say it is extremely heavy. I think 80 plus pounds so I drug it piece by piece outside to assemble. It’s not bad but alone it can be a little bit awkward. I got it done. When it came to the seat part, I pulled out the cushion and didn’t realize there was a canvas base to add on. Scratching my head, trying to figure out how to weave cord through the cushion that had no holes, well let’s just say I was having a blonde moment at 60. Once you get it together and reflect back you realize that hey that wasn’t so bad. Finally you get in it and try it out. This is where this spaceship looking thing comes to earth. Omg it was seriously so comfortable. I ordered two of these but haven’t decided if I want both in my yard as I live in a farm setting so it is part of my landscape verses put on a deck some hard scape. I could have seriously laid there until the mosquitoes took me to space. The only thing missing is a place to put my coffee cup, but then I would never move

Very Sturdy and well made. Customer Service is excellent. The assembly takes more than an hour and requires at least two persons. It is very relaxing to sit. I kept lounge chair inside due to winter and I watch TV while sitting on it. I really enjoy my time and glad I purchased this one. The only problem I see in this is getting in and out of the swing which requires some effort. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
