Q: How wide is the wall hook? Will it snuggly fit a 1 1/4 inch thick (top of the) door?

A: It should, door hooks are designed to fit standard US doors that are pretty much made to building (code) with exception of a few entry/exit door ways, however, standard-6 panel type door should work.

The whole mirror cabinet arrives assembled, the only assembly required is to install the wall hook, the provided instructions manual explains how this is done and all the hardware required is provided, the screws, the wall anchor, the screw cover, adhesive strip and the wall hooks. Only downside is I have really long necklaces that don’t fit so great. The ones that have bulky pendants make it difficult to close the mirror and lock it. Otherwise it’s perfect! The shipping package is also very effective for protecting the mirror, quality is top notch! I highly recommend it! What a great find!

This mirror is exactly what I needed. My only issue is that I am really short and my door happens to be very tall! I’m able to make it work though, the lighted make up mirror is an absolute game changer and the jewelry storage is perfect.

I had to throw it out. I was afraid to replace it until I saw Best Choice produces their own products so I ordered this cabinet and couldn't be more pleased. The style isn’t bad and it was fairly easy to hang, but the door has bowed out significantly so that the top and bottom corners no longer touch the case when closed. If this continues to worsen, I’m afraid the magnet won’t be strong enough to keep the door closed. Majorly disappointed. This thing wasn’t cheap!

I really love this mirror. It came in great condition nothing was broken. I am however really dissatisfied that the keys for the mirror were missing. I purchased this because I have kids and wanted to be able to lock it. I emailed the company they were nice but didn’t help other than tell me to go through target. I tediously went through the packaging and mirror with no prevail. I didn’t want to return my mirror and chance getting a broken mirror or another one with missing keys.
