Q: How far is the foot rest from the ground? Others have complained the foot rest is too low from the seat when looking at a very similar product.

A: Seat height of these swivel chairs is 32", foot rest to floor height measurement is not available, however, considering overall dimension, is should be (under) 12" .

These chairs are cheap. Screws show everywhere. Fabric not lined up straight. Missing washers (parts). Took so long to put together we'll just keep them until they fall apart.

All the parts and hardware were there. I had 2 acorn nuts that didn’t come threaded but I took care of that. It’s a little tricky assembling the footrest piece. That’s where you will use the acorn nuts. Assembling the seat to the base. With the seat upside down turn the swivel to an off set position to create space and push the bolt up through from the bottom and thread the nut on. If you do it the other way the nut and bolt will catch as you pivot the chair.

We just got the stools, so TBD as to how they will last. But the seem to be sturdy. A little tedious to assemble. Had a small problem with one of the arms. Called customer service and they were very courteous and sent a replacement right away.
