Best Choice Products Set of 2 Wicker Ottomans, Multipurpose Furniture w/ Removable Cushions, Steel Frame

I love the color of the storage ottoman’s but again, they are not the best quality. The rattan like material has already started to unravel from the bottom.

I purchased these for my covered deck. I loved the small compact size and the fact that they had storage inside for our chair covers. The cushions looked great at first, but as you can see in the second photo taken 4 weeks after being on my covered deck, the piping has shrunk and the cushions are now very puckered. I'm sure at some point I'll remake the cushions, but for now we just tolerate the ugly puckers. I wouldn't be as surprised with the degradation on these cushions had these not been positioned on a covered deck. In full disclosure- the cushions were most often covered by the oversized furniture covers, but on occassion, they were not covered by the furniture covers so when there was wind AND rain, they got sprinked by rain, but NEVER soaked. The resin base of the ottomen and the hinges still work and look nice. I have no other complaints on the ottomen other than the quality of the cushion construction. Because they still function as storage for the furniture covers and as a place to rest our feet, I'm glad I have them. However, these were some of the cheapest storage ottomens available, and if I were to do it again, I would consider spending more for a higher quality product.

These were just what I was looking for! The storage is big enough to store my chair covers. They work perfect with my porch sectional and chairs. They are sturdy enough to sit on. The cushions are thick. I ordered the navy blue cushion/grey ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ottoman are fine. Color is good and the cushions fit well. They are held on with an elastic strap so that is very helpful. The size is just a bit smaller than I thought but make a nice addition to my outdoor seating area and will come in handy for extra seating.

I finally got around to putting these together tonight. It took a long time but the second one was pretty fast after I found a tool for turning a Phillips screwdriver in a tight place. Thing is, the very last step is to put on the cushion. And the second one is majorly dented from how it was packed. I’m hoping it fills in but it does not look promising. The only way to return these things is to take it apart and repackage it exactly how it came. In other words, it’s not returnable. So I guess I’m stuck with it. Otherwise, they’re pretty cool, though of course it’s just the first night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these Ottomans to go with the seven piece patio set. Was very disappointed that initially the colors did not match at all. Now that the set has sat outside in the sun for a couple of weeks, everything actually matches. Strange, but true. I love that you can store things in them. I have a whole bunch of tiedown straps that we use to secure our umbrella on breezy days.

Build quality is bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided at the last minute to add this set of ottimans to match my 7 pc set to my order. I liked the idea to have somewhere to put my feet up and or use them as additional seating when needed. I put the 1st one together in a little over an hour with the included tools. I couldn't find my husband's set of hex bits for his impact driver. I highly suggest them if you have a lot of this stuff to put together! Second one barely took 30 min with it. The quality is nice. The storage isn't that useful since it's not water resistant, but I have the decorative pillows in one until I get a deck box. The other is a nice out of the way place to keep the grill cover. All in all a nice purchase, but a little pricey compared to the whole set for what they are, Handy to have though & I like them a lot. So does my dog Daisy as you can see!

Assembly was tedious

I contacted Customer Service, text chatting with two different reps on two different days. I know several other companies that could learn a thing or two about CS from the two reps I spoke with. They were responsive and helpful. As for the actual product, I am VERY happy with these ottomans. They perfectly match the 3 piece chairs & table set in gray w/navy cushions I bought. My grandson said they were easy to assemble. They appear quite strong which means extra seating. Don't hesitate, purchase these ottomans.
