Q: What are the total measurements from top of knob to bottom of pan, from end of one handle to the other and diameter? What is the max heat for knob and handles?

A: Hi Elaine, It's about 7" x 11" x 4.5" from top to bottom. diameter is 7 inches. Not oven safe.
