Q: This looks white on top and clear on the bottom? What color is this? I don’t see anything In the description so went by picture and mine arrived and is an ugly gray on top not white?

A: The colour of the FOAMA Touchless Foaming Soap Dispenser purchased - Item 70123 - is Mist Grey. The FOAMA Touchless Foaming Soap Dispenser comes in 3 colours - Item 70123 is Mist Grey, Item 70125 is White and Item 70126 is Graphite Grey. The bottom liquid retainer on all three of these dispensers is clear.

Q: Can this be used without foam hand soap? Will any soap work with this including ones with moisturizer as long as its liquid?

A: The FOAMA works well with pre-formulated foaming soaps and regular soap. Just dilute your favorite liquid soap to create a rich lather and save money. FOAMA also works great with dish soap!

I really like this soap dispenser and it worked really well for a few months. But it has stopped working. We have changed out the batteries and it is not the batteries. It has lapsed past our time to return or exchange.

Worked until it didn't. Worked within a year and one isnt responding even with battery change. These are expensive but can't even last according to other reviews. Guess it's my turn.

We were happy with this item. It was easy to load and worked well. We refilled it several times, replaced the batteries a few times, and then failed after a little over a year. It stopped working for no apparent reason. We're past the Target return date, so will be pursuing this with the manufacturer.

I have fallen in love with this dispenser and bought 3 more when one of mine broke. These last for a long time on the charge of re-chargeable batteries (not included) but definitely worth it. Makes cleaning your hands mess-free and cleaner since you aren't touching any handles. I use Branch Basics in mine and it works amazingly!

Product worked great at first. I bought three of them. Just went to refill them and the tab for the battery compartment broke on two of them so I tried taping it in place. Worked at first and now the pump also stopped. Counting down the days until my 3rd ones also quits on me

Loved this soap dispenser until it stopped working like other reviewers have mentioned, it lasted less than a year. I liked that it sat low and wide because I have three little kids that use the bathroom I put it in and were constantly knocking over our soap pumps, this one never got knocked over. BUT it needs to be able to last longer. I have a simplehuman brand auto soap dispenser at my kitchen sink that I’ve had for over 6 years and it is still working.

I regretted that I did not read the reviews before I purchased this. The sensor is dead after 6 months. Contacted manufacturer they said they only have 90 days return window and they can do no thing. No 1 year warranty. Target has the same words. So DoNot waste your money.

I don't understand why this product just stopped working after 3 months. I am now reading through reviews that had the same experience. In the 3 months we've had it, we've used it with foaming Dawn soap all the time and used solely in our kitchen to wash dishes. I've changed the batteries out once already and now it's not working even after changing batteries. The top light comes on when I push the top button but soap doesn't come out anymore. We verified it's not clogged but it won't pull out soap anymore. We are very disapointed.

We bought three so far. Only one is still working. The other two had problems with the sensor even after we changed out batteries. We returned one and received a refund but we threw out the first one not realizing we could return it during a specific window. Tempted to try it again but not sure yet.

I like the no touch feature of this, that is why I bought it. The first one stopped working after four months when refilling the soap one day. No lights turn on, even when I hold down the power button, no soap would dispense, nothing. Second one stopped working after seven months when replacing batteries. Again, no lights turn on when I hold the power button, no soap will dispense again. I originally purchased three of these and have replaced one already, now that a second one stopped working I’ll look for a better option to replace them.

It’s not as white as they rest of my bathroom. More of a dark cream white. But the automatic foaming dispenser works very well. I’ve had a few that has messed up even though the batteries are above the soap part. But I’ve had these for almost a year and nothing yet.

Bought 2 because arthritis has made it difficult to use soap pumps. Difficult to get output amount adjusted on one unit—other one works perfectly. But they both work and do their job.
