The best part is, that there is NO NYLON in any BetterBone. This is our small size which is recommended for smaller breeds (15-45lbs). Our beef flavor uses dehydrated beef to make your dog salivate and enjoy their BetterBone even more! Flaking is to be expected, BetterBone's are splinter resistant. Our material flakes to better protect teeth and could be a little messy but this is to protect teeth! Not a meal replacement. Monitor your dog while chewing, like you would any other toy. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sheepadoodle is obsessed with these better bone dog toys. She is around 60 pounds and the size medium is perfect for her. She was so excited when I gave it to her. My favorite part is that it doesn’t get our carpet dirty like some bones do. These are the best and I will definitely continue to buy more of them. She’s able to chew on them for days before they are gone and finished. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bones are great! We have two heavy chewers and we haven’t found any bones that work well for them. The best we had found was synthetic bones but they would get sharp and small pieces of sharp plastic would come off of them. I didn’t like that my dogs were ingesting plastic. These are made of natural material so even if my dogs ingest some of it they won’t get sick. They could last a little longer so I’m excited to try the hard version too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try this chew bone out on my two picky dogs and it did not disappoint them. Both of them stopped chewing on their current chew and started going to town on this one! I love that it is all natural with no nylon, no GMO’s, and that it doesn’t leave a mess behind like oh so many chews for larger dogs tend to do. After a few hours of intense chewing they have seemed to have lost some interest in it but I’m glad to see that it truly is long lasting! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just gotten a new puppy and I will say he has some strong puppy teeth. I saw this bone as an option and thought I might as well try it considering it does not contain any nylon. I gave it to the dog and he instantly took to it. He really really likes chewing on it. The bone itself is actually quite heavy. My dog is currently 7 pounds and the bone might be too heavy for him, but he likes to lay it on the ground and chew on it at the time. My senior dog has not played with a toy since she was a puppy and she went straight up to this dog toy. It must be since the bone is supposed to smell/taste of beef. Both of my dogs have enjoyed chewing on the bone thus far. My senior dog liked the bone so much that she did not want to share it with my other dog. The value and quality are great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this bone since I felt it was safer than allowing them to chew on prime rib Christmas dinner bones after we eat. That has been the usual tradition. After reading how many dogs end up in emergency situations after shards cut their throats or stomachs I decided that I would want a long lasting bone that is indestructible and safe with no chemicals or plastics that contain petroleum based oils that can hurt an animal’s digestive tract. This is GMO and vegetable oils and natural flavoring I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the medium better bone for my 6 month old puppy. I picked this because it was all natural ingredients, and hypoallergenic and splinter resistant. I like at the end of the bone it has ridges to help with teeth cleaning, so It is not only for her to enjoy, but has benefits for her teeth. I do not notice any flaking from it yet, but I’m sure that’s going to be expected towards the end. Overall, I think it’s a goodbye, and she has been playing and chewing with it for the past hour! It is the perfect size for him so he can easily hold onto it and chew to his hearts content. I love that it is food grade with no artificial flavors or nylon in it. Keeping my puppy healthy just as I would want my own food to not have artificial flavors. I love that I don’t have to worry about him chewing it all in one setting.
