[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is the one that used these but he wasn’t a fan. He said they are hard to light. I did like that it was such a big pack though. Overall we probably would not buy these.

They’re more effective than starting a fire without a fire starter, but might not be completely necessary if you have the patience to start on your own. If you don’t want to tend to a fire constantly as it’s starting, it’s a great help. And like that they aren’t full of chemicals!

Works great. Lights quickly and burs for a long time. I have hard wood so it can be hard to get going. One of these cakes is all it takes. Recommend!
