I have purchased this product twice, and each time the cookies burn on the bottom before the top bakes fully. I have baked other BC cookie products, and this does not happen with them. I am very disappointed with this product. I bought them because they were supposed to be lower fat, which fits my desire to eat healthier foods. But this occurrence is very disappointing, and I will not purchase this product again,
