I tried to use the chocolate Cookie Icing to draw lines on a cookie. It was so watery it ran everywhere. I kneaded the package as the instruction said, it didn't help.

I like this icing. We wanted the icing to set up quickly so we could transport easily. This sets up in about 15 minutes, getting firmer and firmer as you wait. Cut the tip to whatever thickness you want. Have children practice on a piece of plastic wrap first. It's a dark brown color. Knead the tube before opening.
