Q: Will two adults fit on this bed (full size)?

A: The weight limit for this full size bed is 400 lbs. excluding the mattress. Two people will fit but be pretty snug. Complete dimensions: 43.31" high x 61.14" wide x 87.72" deep.

Q: Can you use a box spring and mattress with this bed?

A: You can decide to use a box spring but then less of the headboard would be exposed and the bed would sit much higher. This bed does include slats to support your mattress.
