I was disappointed that not one of the five lighters in the pack worked. I've been told that BIC offers the best quality but I have yet to buy one that actually works. The majority of the lighters felt like they barely had any fluid. What's going on? Is it a manufacturing issue?

Every lighter I got from you guys looks like it’s out of fluid they feel light and then they stay lit with a real short light for about two weeks and then they’re dead. I don’t know where else I can buy them other than your company to get the right ones but so far no good I won’t be buying again.
