I love these pens. However, I gave it 1 Stars because when I ordered 3 packs of them online and picked them up in-store, there were a couple pens missing. That's why I gave it 1 star. If I had all of the pens I were supposed to have and none were missing, I would have given it 5 stars. Despite this, I still love the pens quality wise and would recommend them to others, given that my problem I described has nothing to do with the pens, themselves.

These are my favorite pens. Issue was with the pickup order. I could see that the box was previously opened and was damaged. The pens were fine but there was 1 missing.

These pens are so good. They are reliable, work every time, and perfect size. These pens are very easy to hold and write with. These pens are like magic! They always work, and never fall out of ink. Overall, these pens are great and they work for so long!

I had these for years now and every time I write with them they have always worked for me. Even in school, it's nice to use a reliable ballpoint that if it gets stolen I can just pull out another one. These pens made me want to collect more and more of them.

I bought a box of these recently and the ink comes out as if it were in pixels. Rather than a nice black, it writes gray. I thought maybe I had bought “Fine” tip, but they’re “M”. As a lefty, I push the pen rather than pull it as right-handers do, so maybe that’s the problem. I’ve enjoyed these pens for years. Not sure if it’s this batch or a change in manufacturing.

I have used this brand ever since you made the switch from the original model (the clear translucent barrel and cap). I love using this style of pen but I wish there was a way I could get a box of the first original brand made in black. I actually give this company and this style 10 stars.
