The elongated tip allowed for an extra inch away from the flame and is easier to light thanks to the press and click design. Its convenient design makes it easy to reach in my case the candle without burning my fingers. My husban likes the camping and this lighter was also great for outdoor cooking.

However, with this lighter I'm able to save my fingers from burning. It gets bonus points from me due to the fact that it's easy to use. I DEFINITELY recommend this lighter!!!

It's also a great way to take a lighter with you on the go, as it will fit into just about any pocket. Far better than trying to take a regular candle lighter or BBQ lighter with you that is way too bulky.

I love that my fingers don’t get anywhere close to the flame, but it’s still small enough to take with me in my bag for birthday parties. I have EDS so the igniter is a bit tough to push down, but that also means my 5 year old can’t accidentally light it if he finds it in the drawer.

I've been using it to light all of my candles with ease, my only complaint is I wish there were a way to control the flame - it's really powerful! I really love the extended tip. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bic EZ Reach Lighter was easy to use just like other Bic lighters but this one has about a 2 inch long piece that keeps the flame aware from your fingers when trying to light a candle wick or something like that. It made it so much easier to light my candles that are in thin jars, I did not worry about the flame getting too close to my fingers. It was easy for me to do one handed so my other hand was free to hold what I needed to light. I would recommend this to others.

I like that my fingers are protected from being burned and it was easy to use. I didn't have any problems with turning it on because it was just a as easy as pressing down the button. The lighter is good to light up the pilot light when it goes off and I don't have to worry about my fingers while using it.
