Carly is an Aussie children's author that grew up on the Central Coast of New South Wales. With the bush in her backyard and the beach down the road, her childhood was full of adventure. Carly started her career as a primary school teacher. She then went to work for Scholastic Australia where she held several positions including Non-book Coordinator (Yes, she got to play with toys), Bookclub Editor, and Classroom Essentials Manager.
