I bought two of these as a Christmas gift in 2022. They were barely used in 2023 because of late arrival at the cottage and now that they’re being used this year one has developed several small holes. The other chair is fine. Very disappointing as they are so comfortable and convenient

This is my 6th purchase of a Big Joe product. Clearly I'm a fan. However, the very first time I used it in the pool both seams tore open. I don't know if I got a defective product or not, but it's made me wonder if quality control has gone down hill since my past purchases. I will add that a pool noodle I bought last year also tore at the seam during normal use. But at least that was a year old!

This float looks great and has the high quality that we expect from Big Joe. However it is not comfortable or easy to sit on. The beads push from the seat up into the back, leaving the seat without enough support for sitting. Also not good if you are short. Have to be about 6' tall to lean back enough to stay upright in the float. Just needs a better design. Wish I could return it.
