Was sent the wrong color by the manufacturer - ordered the pink and was sent black. Can’t trust they’ll send the right color if I try to exchange it so taking it back and getting the one I was much less impressed with from the store.

I know that the measurements are posted for these products, and the XL is huge, but more than that it’s super heavy. I guess I’m somewhat disappointed because I thought I could floof this up easily and store it in a corner of my living room, but it takes two people to drag this thing around. And it’s nearly impossible to fluff it up even with two people. I think just the weight of this thing is what disappoints me a little bit. It’s hard for me by myself to maneuver it. But it is comfortable, just not as storable as I would’ve hoped.

Day 7 in our new 100-foot beanbag at the office and I've accepted my fate. The intern lives somewhere in our Big Joe now - I hear her working but haven't seen her since Tuesday. Getting out requires an evacuation plan and core strength I no longer possess. Lost my keys, phone, and possibly my ability to sit on a regular couch ever again. Best purchase ever. 5/5 stars.

zipper broke with very light use six months after purchasing. Target does not stand behind the product, so I'm out $100. Do not buy this product and think hard about purchasing furniture from target, since the simply refuse to help with problems after 90 days.

Our Big Joe Fuf XL is comfy, but it seems the cover is too large or it’s not full enough. We were expecting what’s in the picture from the website, however, when sitting in it, I’m only about 6” off the ground and sink into a hole in the middle. The bean bag also takes a lot of fluffing and it’s heavy so my kids can’t do that on their own.

This was a christmas gift for my son. He uses it as a game chair. No assembly required. We just opened up the box, let the chair sit for a few days, and it expanded quite well. It is very comfortable. We are very satisfied with this purchase. Will recommend

First of all it came a week late so I couldn’t even give it as a gift which is what I needed it for. Secondly they sent the wrong color. Now I have to deal with returning this huge box. Customer service offered no help.

XXL? Maybe the cover but certainly not the foam filling. Extremely disappointing in this purchase. Unfortunately the bag is nothing like the picture and after weeks of hoping it would expand, nope! We just sink to the bottom. And not just adults, our children do the same. Now deciding whether to return or spend MORE money purchasing additional foam to add to it.
