Q: Does it break if dropped

A: Bink bottles are made from thick glass, however if you accidentally break it within the first 365 days of purchase please retain the cap & sleeve then reach out to us and we will send a replacement glass bottle. We really don't want our products becoming landfill and want you to enjoy using them for years to come. All we ask is you pay the $12 shipping fee and provide a picture of the part that broke. Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. Bink warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge. Please contact customerservice@binkmade.com to make a warranty claim.

Q: How do you all clean your bottles?? Ive had two and notice taking off the cover and putting it back on is a PAIN. ALso, the insides of the cover toward the bottom of the bottle get moldy.

A: I hear you. I had the same molding issues with the bink bottles, really with all my reusable bottles and bags, and finally found a great solution on Grommet, the Brisa Rack a fabulous electric drying rack that gets totally dried and sanitized with hot air. Such a cute water bottle but for the price, its not worth it.. I've had two, and the handle breaks if you even look at it wrong. For the price point it should be made more durable (wishful thinking), and not break from rolling off of a 1.5ft high couch onto a plush rug.. My $15 Camelbak water bottle would never do this to me

Would have been a good water bottle but it didn’t even last a week before the handle broke. I didn’t even drop it or anything. The handle just randomly snapped off. I should have listened to the other reviews and I should not have purchased this

It’s going to be a return for me. I bought two of these, and like others have mentioned, the plastic straw alters the taste of what you’re drinking. Can’t help but think of all the microplastic that is probably leeching into your drink. For the price point, this is absolutely not worth it.

Water tasted off. Hand washed, washed in dishwasher, tried water from multiple sources & it always tasted gross. Not sure what was leeching into it. Straw requires too much suction to get anything out. Way overpriced for how inconvenient it is

The bottle overall seems very durable and is very visually pleasing. However, the opening on the mouthpiece is so small, that the amount of sucking required to even get water through the straw is quite excessive. That much pressure hurts my gums. I reached out to Bink to buy a different cap, but they said they don't sell replacement caps in the latte color.

I have been using Bink for years! I was so happy to see it on targets shelves. I love the glass bottle as the metal ones alter the taste of my water. Fear not - I have dropped this down a flight of concrete stairs and it did not break! I love that it’s dishwasher safe! It comes in cute colors and convenient caps. There’s a larger collection on their website. (; I also love the tracking system. It helps me do better with staying on track with my hydration. If you like ice cold water, this will not keep it cold. But I love room temp or pouring cold water or ice into it if I need it. Love this!

I was really excited about this water bottle because the design is adorable. Personally, I found it really hard to keep clean. As someone who washes their water bottle very often, It was kind of a pain to take apart. Also, the cap never fully felt secure to me and as a glass water bottle that feels essential. I am always willing to pay more for quality- but the bottle isn’t as durable as i’d hoped for on the go. In my opinion It’s not a good everyday water bottle, but I still think the design is cute!

The handle broke after one week. When the handle broke the container fell to the ground and cracked. My tea leaked out everywhere. Thankfully the sleeve held the glass together and prevented the cracked glass from being a safety hazard.

I've been a fan of Bink for a long time! I've had the bottles since before available at Target and while a bit pricey they are VERY durable. I'm quite clumsy and dropped my bottle on concrete multiple times (think at least 9 or 10 drops) and it survived for over 2 years. The last time I dropped it did crack because the way it landed (glass made direct contact with a rock so the silicone sleeve couldn't help) and I can't be mad at that. I just need to be more careful. Water tastes so good out of these bottles since you don't get the weird metallic aftertaste that can come with other metal tumblers. I highly recommend these. :)

I got this before they landed in target on their website and i love bink water bottles. Great brand! If you want to change out the color you can keep the glass base and order different colors under the parts section of their website. They also have different straw and lid options there. Highly recommend!
