A: Other than the obvious... You don't have to rub in the spray to activate it. I can use the spray on my neck and back without any assistance.

I suffer from a lot of neck and shoulder pain. Since doctors are ignorant and can’t seem to help me find relief this spray has been a true blessing to help dilute my chronic pain. Yes if you aren’t careful it can waft into your nose and eyes. I find it helps to hold my breath, close my eyes, spray, and then try to move from the immediate area before I breathe again. That usually works great. You can also put a towel against your face when you spray. Anyhoo I 100% recommend this. It’s a must for pain and hard to reach areas.

I love this spray. It works immediately on contact. I’m a dental hygienist and have sensitive skin. I get tension in my upper and lower back. This spray is good for numbing that tension so I don’t seize up. Does it spray a lot? Yes but my back needs a lot. Is it pricey? Kind of but the spray is much easier to apply on your back than the cream or roll-on. Personally as long as it covers the area that hurts, I don’t care if it gets elsewhere on my body from “overspray”. I use a heating pad at the same time if I’m going to bed. It works wonders. I also take anti inflammatory medication as a disclaimer, but I swear this spray is my favorite of all topical muscle relieving pain. Know what to expect, and you won’t be disappointed.

I work in a factory I have plantar fasciitis and I had no relief until I got this. Believe me when I say it works! My shifts are 12 hours and I spray before going in a once on break. Be careful spraying only because it can be slippery but spray wait 5 mins feel the tingle and carry on!

Almost impossible to spray unless you use 2 hands which isn’t possible when trying to spray on your back. Had friend assume and the spray goes EVERYWHERE and a large, heavy mist! Gross!!

I have a lot of physical ailments after 12 yrs in the Marines. I’ve tried the creams (with little to no relief) but this; for me, actually gives relief. I bought it specifically to try on my feet, hip and back (due to broken body parts and nerve damage) and for my neck, shoulders and base of my skull (due to a head and neck injury). It takes the edge off! I spray and have to wait 5-10 min to dry and the menthol is a potent smell but it doesn’t bother me. This helps get me through my day and takes the edge off so I can get some sleep. It’s not a cure all, but every little bit helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great! The fact that you can spray it while it’s upside down really helped with spraying my hurt shoulder! Very easy to apply and doesn’t get the “cold or hot”. It helped relieve the pain from a torn rotator cuff.
