I’m pretty sure they sent the wrong diameter hose. I contacted the shipper and sent photos and have had no response. Terrible customer service

The hose expands quickly and smoothly when using and just as easily contracts when done and the water has emptied from the hose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really liked the Bionic Flex Pro Hose, at 75 feet it can reach anything and seems to have plenty of water pressure. I like that the hose is strong and sturdy enough for working outside but not so heavy that I can't move it around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hose by Bionic was amazing. I have never had a flex hose before and was a little skeptical but I was shocked. The flex hose not only never tangles but is much stronger than I imagined. I have had no issues or tears dragging it through my lawn or hitting rocks or anything. Over all I would recommend this product and personally would never return to a regular hose!

The nozzle is heavy duty brass, I found the nozzle to be superior. The hose made me laugh as it expanded. Managed to get wet but it was fun. My yard is well watered.

Let me start off by just saying that if you haven't purchased one of these then you're definitely missing out! These hose made with a material that is unbelievably durable and never leaks. The hybrid polyestwr weave ensures that these hose will no get punctured and that you can use them across any surface without damaging them!!! They are truly made to last! I love that they come with a sprayer nozzle and brass fittings. The spraying and misting nozzle is included as well so that you can start using them as soon as you buy them. I hate how heavy a water hose is and its so hard to drag them across the yard but not these hose. They are light weight and they fold flat so that even though they are durable and weather resistant it is easy for you to store them when they're not being used. Also you don't have to worry about the hose getting kinks in them either which is so nice!!! These hose are amazing and I am so glad that I own a set. I will never go back to using a regular water hose either. Did I mention that these were 75 ft long?? Amazing right?!? Buy a set of the bionic flex pro hose and I promise you will love them as much as I do.
