I’m almost done with the bottle and have noticed no improvement in neither my nails or hair which were the two main reasons I got these for. My nails are still brittle and breaking easily and I still have bald spots on my scalp that seem to not be improving. But my skin does look healthier. Not more youthful but healthier. Pretty disappointing

Always hesistant with these types of products but it was the only thing I've changed/added in my supplement routine (haven't changed any hair products or anything else either) and my hair is G R O W I N G. My sister loves to point out my stringy hair and asked what I was doing differently to make it look more thick - that in itself is a win!

This supplement by BioSil is great. I already notice a difference in my hair, skin, and nails, my nails feel stronger and my hair is much shinier! The capsules are vegan, and easy to swallow. I will definitely be reordering.

In my experience, it's hard to find supplements out there that are actually "backed" by science or have the right ingredients I'm looking for. This BioSil product is as great as it claims to be for hair/skin/nails - already seeing improvements. I also love that the capsules are vegan.

i had a baby 10 months ago and recently stopped breastfeeding 3 months ago. once i stopped breast feeding, all my hair started to fall out. i have been taking these for about 3 months and have seen such a significant increase in hair growth, especially around my forhead and ears. will continue to repurchase.
