My family know I never hardly ever order the same thing twice at a restaurant. I am the same when I am in the baking aisle and find something new so I picked up the blueberry pancake mix. I often have breakfast for supper because it is easy. Oh my! That had to have been the best pancake I have ever had! Crunchy on the edges and so soft and flavorful on the inside. Did not even need anything on them. Perfect taste. I can tell the recipe was worked on until it was perfect. Great product.

I finally found an easy, water only, delicious blueberry pancake mix that has become a mainstay. Lots of blueberries, and seriously nothing extra is needed, but a splash of vanilla and instead of water unsweetened almond milk certainly doesn't hurt. The shipping was very fast, free for orders over 30 and Birch Benders has a new loyal customer. I have also tried the keto, gluten free and protein to keep in line with my low carb higher protein lifestyle, but my preference is the standard chocolate chip and blueberry mixes. I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to each daily serving and find I'm still in fat burn. Happy to find a great product, website and service. Many thanks Birch Benders and please don't go changing

My 1st experience with your product was with your "Original" mix. Absolutely the very best pancakes I have ever had and I grew up in New England in the '50s. When I returned to the market the selection was reduced to Keto and Paleo and Buttermilk but no Original. Because I liked them so much I decided to try the Paleo. Bah Humbug. I know many people these days who want these recipes comprise a significant market, so dedicating a large portion of shelf space to them is understandable. But I do not subscribe to faddish foods having grown up on farm-fresh everything as all my ancestors, who all lived into their late 90's have so I want the mix with all the good stuff. Why can't you demand that stores carry some Original? I decided to try ordering from your website but after choosing a few packages of the Original and a couple of Blueberries, I was presented with an outrageous bill for shipping. Bah Humbug again. If I could purchase Original and Blueberry at the market or online at market prices, this would be a 5-star review. But nothing should detract from the FACT that your's are the best (Original) pancakes I've ever has.

Great taste. Good with or without syrup.. Cook for breakfast and have the rest later for a snack. They don't make you gain weight like other mixes.
