This is some delicious broccoli. It's perfect in casseroles or as a side dish. It's very tender and tasty. Always tastes fresh. Frozen veggies are as good as fresh. They're a great value as well.

Bird's Eye has always been a go-to for frozen veggies as they are real and taste fresh even after cooked from frozen. You can buy the packages that are steam in bag so you can make them in the microwave for a quick add-on to a meal. Personally, I like to steam the broccoli on the stove top and add to stir fry or top a cheese pizza. 4 stars because sometimes there is an abundance of stalky stems, but overall, I will continue to purchase.

This is a great thing to keep in bulk while you’re meal prepping or on a weight loss journey I keep 5 in my freezer for the month and throw in some sugar free teriyaki sauce with low fat ground beef and i have lunch for a week
