This - at least for me - cooked up way too mushy. I almost tossed it but then ate a spoonful and really liked the taste. I will probably buy it again because it tastes good.

this assortment of shred veg is absolutely wonderful. if you cook it to package directions it turns out perfect, overcook even 30seconds and turns mushy. i add 1/8 tsp butter per bag and a couple dashes of umami seasoning and kids eat it up. one recommendation is to offer a family size for families as target doesn’t stock to many bags on shelves and pricey.

My bag must have been faulty, because these were extremely extremely salty. So salty that I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it out after a few bites. It almost hurt my mouth it was so salty. I must have gotten a bad bag

super delicious, easy to make, and perfect with eggs! only complaint is that it’s mostly just potato, not a lot of sweet potatoes either. honestly would be cheaper and healthier to get each frozen veggie separately and mixed them urself. I got this bc i have a stomach ulcer and need to follow a strict diet. but yea was super disappointed with how little veggies there actually is other than white potatoes :/ no complaints abt the taste tho, add some pepper and turmeric for a lil extra flavor and health! (also kinda a lot of sodium for just veggies? kinda confused on that part)

Decided to try some of these veggie meals. I emptied a bag of these frozen veggies into a nonstick pan, along with some frozen shelled edamame, and heated it up without oil. I added some spices to my taste, and I ended up with a quick, delicious, and healthy vegan meal. I love the convenience. Will buy again and again.

These are my “go-to” veggies for any meal! All of us, from ages 3 to 70, enjoy them. I brown them lightly in a skillet. At times I’ve had difficulty finding these in stores. My biggest fear is that they’ll be discontinued!
