This product used to be great... then slowly became more stems than florets. Go buy fresh Broccoli and save yourself money.

I bought this to try as I usually use fresh. Rather than pan / steam / microwave I put in the broiler after thawing as I do with my fresh. It came out ok - but there were SO MANY stems and leaves. This is not the quality that I remember with Birdseye. I'll have to think twice before buying again.

I bought steamfresh broccoli florets. I may as well buy the broccoli cuts with how many stalks were in there. I had several bags i bought and all of them were this way. I have bought lots of these in past snd no problems. I am switching to store brand since I am not getting what I paid for.

First off I buy the Broccoli florets all the time and generally no issues. Today however there was a small bug on 1 piece of Broccoli. Since I'm currently pregnant I couldn't take the risk of eating the rest of my meal so I had to trash the rest. Who knows what the bug crawled on before making its way into the Broccoli.

I purchased a small case of this Cheesy Broccoli 🥦 I tried 2, threw the rest away. More than 50% of this is the stem that would go in my compost bin. Sorry Birds Eye, I never critique products. Honestly I would pay double if you fixed this, It’s like you’re chopping up the corn cob and including it in the corn dish. I know life is hard. I imagine Birds Eye keeps you on the fence. Honestly this stuff is crap. Have a wonderful day, Jack

As of 6/1/2024 the quality of these Broccoli Florets was poor and product contained more stems and stump than floret. These are not a premium product and you could get the same quality by buying cut broccoli.

We enjoyed some Birds Eye Broccoli tonight. We added cheese and served it with rice, corn and chicken bites. The longer it sets the better it tastes. It was such a nice change. The taste, texture and convenience was perfect.
