Absolutely love this book! Goes by color of bird and gives all the helpful facts about each bird. Nice and small also, not a big bulky book.

Birds of Minnesota 3rd Edition

Birds of Minnesota Field Guide 3rd Edition is an amazing book to help novice or expert bird watchers. This Gives details on nests, anatomy and observation tips to name a few topics. The book helps you identify birds according to color using a color guide to help look up a bird. This color guide is most helpful because it then breaks down by size, with generally smaller birds first, making it much easier to fin the bird you are looking for. Information on each bird including picture is educational and clearly written. My husband and I love to name and learn about the birds in our feeder but I feel wee will take this on the road too to help with birdwatching.
