Q: Product descrip says: "Includes 2 Washable Microfiber Pads and 2 scent discs." Below that it says: "Includes: Fragrance Discs, 3 Microfiber Pads, Grout Brush, Owner's Manual" Which is it 2 pads or 3?

Q: can stream mop be used on wood floors
A: It's always our recommendation to consult your flooring manufacturer prior to using steam on any flooring, but it is intended for use on sealed wood floors.

A: Yes, it has steam settings, but will steam when plugged in. We only recommend using distilled water in our steam mops. Hope this helps!

Q: how to use scent disk on this machine ??
