Q: Does this work on dirty outdoor grout
A: It should. Pretreat the grout by passing the steam nozzle across to loosen/soften the dirt, then go over it with one of the brushes that come with the steamer. I've found that taking a pass or two over whatever surface I want to clean helps, kind of like soaking dishes before washing.

Q: Do the attachments have a carry case or bag for storage?
A: Yes it comes with a drawstring canvas bag.

Q: I am shopping for a steam mop, what is the temp of the steam on this mop?
A: I haven't measured the temperature but it is hot, like a really good steam iron hot. The surface that is treated does not stay that hot but you certainly don't want to put your hand near it. I got too close by accident when cleaning the sink and it was like an oven.

A: Hi Rose. No, this wouldn't be an ideal machine for that purpose. It works best to clean your floors.

Q: Can you mix with water any of the multisurface cleaning solution to give scent after steaming floors?
A: Hi Patty. We only recommend using distilled water in your steam mop. We do have scent discs you can use in the mop pad for fragrance.
