Q: I no longer have the machine but have remaining solution. Can I use it in a way by hand? If I can, tips & instructions are much appreciated. Diarrhea with two small dogs. carpet & hardwood floors.
A: Our formula is concentrated and designed to be mixed with water and used in our deep cleaners. If using by hand, you'll want to dilute, but we recommend using it in a portable deep cleaning machine.

Q: Would this be OK to use if my coach is supposed to use a Solvent to clean it? The manufacturer says as long as it's not "mostly water" it should be OK.
A: No, we'd recommend a spot clean spray or foam like our BISSELL Oxy Stain Destroyer Pet.

A: Hi Stacy. This formula does have fragrance. We don't currently carry a fragrance-free carpet cleaning formula.

Q: Can I use this to refill the pet stain remover spray with the scrubber attached to the sprayer area?
A: Good question - the two formulas are different as this formula is intended to be used in a portable cleaning machine.
