Q: Could the Area Rug Brush Roller be used to clean my kitchen laminate floor? The Multi-Surface Brush Roller didn't seem strong enough for the job. It's an older laminate floor with a "pebbled" finish.
A: Thank you. The area rub brush is sold out at the moment but when I get and test it I will come back and review. Overall, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Bissell Crosswave! With 1200 sq. feet of hard wood floors using the multi-floor solution and muliti-floor roller has been a real game changer and created a real shine after first use! I look forward to the possibility of an increased shine and clean after multiple uses! Love that I can vacuum & mop at the same time which is a real time saver and I can roll it from hardwood floor to kitchen laminate surfaces without stopping. Refilling the clean water solution and dumping and rinsing the dirty water solution had to be done multiple times... perhaps 6 for my 1200 sq feet plus kitchen... but totally worth it. The rinsing of parts at end of session was also easy. Yeah, the whole apartment plus cleanup took several hours but worth the effort. I bought, tried and returned the Bissel Symphony Steam Mop before getting the Crosswave and so glad I did. This is very much the Next Gen technology for cleaning.
