I am extremely pleased with the bitters bottle. In my opinion, compared to all the other Japanese-styled bitters bottles, Viski’s has the most appealing aesthetic qualities. Some of the others look and feel somewhat cheap in comparison. Also, and perhaps more importantly, the spout works better than other bitters bottles I’ve used, allowing for an ample and consistent “squirt” when applying dashes to a mixing a glass. In addition, I prefer the rubber material used to keep the spout fastened tightly to the bottle. The cork often used in other bitters bottles usually rots or degrades after so many uses. I’m about to order another bottle for my Peychaud bitters.

The bitter bottle is not only stylish, but dispenses just the right amount of bitters. A must have.

I was worried reading reviews of this and pretty much every other dasher-style bitters bottle, especially because I was buying this to REPLACE a dasher-style bottle that had broken my heart by not being any good...I rolled the dice, though, and I have to say that this particular bottle ain't so bad. The bottle itself is easy to handle, the dasher top is alright (it could seat better, but overall it's decent) and it looks pretty over there, sitting on the bar, waiting for me to make another cocktail. Look at it, it's so patient. Anyhoo, I'm probably going to buy another one of these so if that's not enough of a recommendation, I don't know what is.
