Swanson's brand of this supplement stinks, literally, like it's rancid. This product does not, and that is enough to recommend it.

I am a hair stylist and I noticed that one of my clients' hair was especially shiney and when I asked her about it, she said that she had been taking this supplement. I quickly ordered some and have noticed a difference in my hair as well! Taking the recommend dose of 3x day is inconvenient, so I only take 1@ breakfast and 1@ dinner. Highly recommend!!

I first heard about Black Currant Seed on YouTube and I thought I would give it a try for myself. After taking it for two weeks I've experienced major results to say the least. My immune system seems to be much stronger and I've tried everything to get my abdomen tighter and firmer and the Black Currant Seed Oil seems to do the trick. I'm so glad that Swanson offers this at an affordable rate that is more cost efficient than its competitors. I'll continue to use this product as long as I'm able to purchase it.

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now and have noticed a glow in my face. My skin appears to be more supple and hydrated.I don't like having to take it 3x's/day w/a meal. Others have mentioned nail growth however i have not noticed that for me.
