[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of these choppers about 20 years ago. I have used it constantly, especially in preparing food for little ones. I have abused it, worked it to death, and run it through the dishwasher a million times. It still works great but the clear plastic cup has finally cracked so I bought a replacement even though it still works fine. One of these days it is gonna raise the white flag and just be done! I am prepared for that!!

As the saying goes ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I absolutely love My Handy Chopper Plus that I got 20+ years ago. I’ve never had any issues with it. I use It often and figured I would look another just as a back up. Well this new design ‘One Touch Choper’ is horrible. It’s cheaply made, the blades aren’t positioned well so I have To constantly reposition food inside. The lid doesn’t interlock like the old model, so it is flimsy at best. I’m so disappointed. Why change a design when it works?

I bought this because my old one finally gave out. This one is a little different but will be just as useful. It did, however, come with a broken lid seal. Thankfully, the website was very user friendly and I was able to order a replacement without any problems.

Nice little chopper gets the job done quickly and is supper easy to assemble and operate. Only drawback was that blade had no grips to hold when removing so it was hard to grasp when oily or wet. My husband etched a few lines on which to place thumb and forefinger to grasp and remove the blades. :)

As usual this chopper does a great job. I am not a fan of the “new” style. Black and Decker should not change something that works well. I am not as comfortable with this “new style” chopper

I received this chopper in return for my honest review. I don't do a lot of chopping but I thought this might come in handy for when I do onions for a lot of my recipes. It doesn't seem to help much with softer vegetables however. I did try it for carrots for a potato soup and it worked out great for that. I'll continue trying it out and see what it works best for. The Black and Decker One Touch 1.5 cup chopped is so easy to use! Perfect for chopping nuts. I love that it is small so not necessary to pull out a big clunky food processor if you only need a small amount. I have used this to process cookie crumbs and Graham crackers crumbs for my Christmas desserts. Just drop in the cookies and put on the lid. One touch really does the job quickly and easily!
