Q: How do I mute the audible beeps?
A: The 8 button is to set the timer. Everytime I hold it down, it thinks I'm trying to reset the timer. Is there another button we should try?

Q: Why can you not provide the dimensions? What's the point of having a place for questions on your website if you're unable to answer as simple and expected a question as this?

The ACTUAL dimensions of the microwave are 17”w, 11.5” d, 10” h. Customer service reps should understand this basic difference.

Q: How to get the child lock off
A: Hello, Keisha. Thank you for asking about the BLACK+DECKER 0.7 cu ft 700W Microwave Oven. In standby mode, the door remains unlocked. If you press and hold the unlock button for two seconds, the screen will display the feature "Loc". Afterward, press "7" and "9" in consecutive order within 10 seconds, and the screen should then display "ULoc". Have a great day!

Q: how do i get child lock to open
A: This does nothing. Currently when you hold that button for 3 seconds it locks the whole microwave. We want to know how to open the microwave after each use without having to hit 0 to open it.

Q: How many amps does the microwave use when reheating?
A: About 6 amps. The formula is watts/volts=amps. So 700 watts divided by volts (using 115) = 6 amps. The standard voltage in the US you receive at your home is 110-120v.

I have this microwave. Power can be set anywhere from 1 (low) to 10 (high) To set the exact minutes and seconds and power you first push the power button then the minutes and seconds you desire. Example to cook at 100% for 1 minute and 45 seconds - Press power, then press 1, then press 4, then press 5 Example to cook at 50% for 1 minute and 45 seconds - Press power several times until the display says 5, then press 1, then press 4, then press 5

Q: Does this microwave have a turntable shaft and turntable ring? The display model in the store had a scary flat table with no shaft or ring and a flat, un-keyed, glass tray. Could Target show the manual online?
