A: Most of these heaters are not built to withstand high humidity....and showering will cause that.

submitted bybbodes56 - 4 years agoA: For all of you who think those answers are "cute" ... the reason for the question is that non-stick coatings, when heated, can create fumes which are deadly to birds. That said, ceramic heaters, because they lack the metal coils, do not have that type of coating.

A: Not ALL products have to have the Proposition 65 warning. That warning is for products that accredited panels of experts have determined to either contain known cancer causing chemicals, or were manufactured using cancer causing chemicals.

A: we stronly do not suggest using any heater with an extention cord. This is noted in the owners manual

A: This unit is meant for suplimental heat as all portble heaters are. This is not meant as a some supply of heat. But can certainly be uses in a moderate sized room

This was great while it worked, but there's a reason there's only a 1 year warranty. This thing goes out at 13 months so if you only need it for a short time then it's worth it compared to other options.

small but mighty. this will heat up a whole room within five minutes. i often leave it on for my cats while im at work and they love it. I love that it has the safety feature where it shuts up off when picked up/pushed over it made me feel a lot safer leaving it on for my babies, incase they messed with it.
