Received as a Christmas gift. Can’t give an honest review as of yet.

Great product would work awesome in the house. Turns on heat up and cuts off.

When it works well it’s fun to cook on. Some minor issues need to be ironed out.

The cooking surface "domed" up in the middle the first time I used the griddle. Reading online the recommendation is to just keep cooking on it and it should correct itself. Fingers crossed.

After a couple of years in Florida the rust begins

Love it! Still trying to get the temperature figured out on the things I’m cooking.

Non stick is great, but it heats unevenly, slowly and not enough. It took me way too long to make pancakes and I had the temp up higher than other griddles

Very nice grill, easy to clean. Just have to get used to the temperature drop when you put a lot of food on. I highly recommend this grill!

I love how spacious this grill is! It's perfect for indoor grilling when the weather or temp doesn't coincide with my families meal cravings 😄 Also, its super fast now since I'm just using one cooking surface for the entire familys meal at once. Love the how cleaning is easy too. I honestly can't say enough good things about it! All in all, I'm pretty satisfied 😊

Just got home and fired it up. Checked controls and temperature and all worked great. Great investment.

I love it but within a week, it started to shut off on me so I had to call to get a new one, now seeing if this one will work correctly

I had wanted a Blackstone for a while and then saw the electric indoor griddle which was badly needed in a small kitchen area with no stove. However I was quite disappointed in the amount of time it takes to heat up sufficiently, the slowness of the cooking overall and the fact that food slides to the corners and edges. Also when lifting the lid, if you don’t grab it exactly in the middle, then it wants to wobble and pop out of the hooks in the back that it’s inserted in. You have to be very careful. I contacted the company immediately because I wanted to return it but was told ‘well you used it, it can’t be returned’. How am I supposed to know if it has poor design and ability if I don’t use it?? I went back and forth several times trying to get a resolution but evidently in this case the customer gets screwed. I’m guessing the propane grill is much better in function and perhaps this style will get upgraded but for now this one is a tremendous disappointment.

The price of this thing does not match what you get out of it. Half of the grill will not heat after a year. Seems to be a known issue that they’re just not interested in resolving.

Great for "grilling" indoors, especially in the winter!
