This blackstone makes griddleing... We'll.. Easy!! Portable, functional and practical!! Cooks food fast and amazingly! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Griddle that can be used anywhere!! Anywhere you have a power source anyway!!

Opened product and everything was good, until I noticed no grease cup ! Have to find one online now !

About 2 1/2 inches all the way around doesn't get very hot. So your cook space is limited

I bought mine in November of 2022 and received in December of 2022. Love my unit at first and thought it was great but since then, I have had a lot of issues mostly with stuff sticking to the cooking surface even though I am using oil or butter then adding my food to cook. Once something sticks to the surface, it become very hard to remove. I have never used a metal utensil/cooking equipment on this unit. I even went out and bought the griddle scrubber and plastic cooking utensils to clean the surface. I have only used a soft sponge, soap, and warm/hot water to clean the surface if I remove it from the base. When I leave the cooking surface on the base, I will not clean it until it cools down significantly due to potential warping because of how thin the surface is. Since the first use, it has always had a heating gradient with it being low to medium low on the edge, medium low to medium in the middle of each cooking zone and medium to medium hot or hotter in the middle of the cooking surface where both zones meet. Also, the cooking surface is very thin and mine has warped just due usage to the point it that these heating zones are even more pronounced.

Doesn’t get up to temp, griddle top issues, and doesn’t heat evenly.

This griddle is amazing heats up quickly and evenly. Clean up is a breeze too highly recommend.

Really enjoying the product so far. Cooked steaks on it last night and they come out perfect. Super easy to clean.

Used it twice since purchasing it recently and I already love it!

Very solid piece and nice looking. The heating is very nice and it has 2 different sides of heating. What I mean is that you can cook on 1 side on high heat and on the other on low heat. Just an example of course. I love it so far.

My nephew said they were perfect pancakes. It's awesome.

This is a very above-average electric indoor flattop. It has a great nonstick surface, but the cooktop temperature and heat setting do not match. It's about 50*f below what the dials read. If you want to cook something at 350... you need to set the temperature dials to 400-410. There are quite a few hot spots, and it shows on pancakes at times. It is easy to clean up and quick and easy to fix the family's meal, but I don't expect this griddle to last more than 18 months. Maybe two years.

Great product but I wish there was a way to actually lock the cover to the base. You need to be careful to not push it rearwards when opening or the cover will disengage from the base.

Cooks very well and super easy clean up! The non stick works great.

Every time I try to turn on and warm up the grill it warms to about 200 degrees and then shuts off automatically.
