This last purchase was for my wife who HATES being cold. The warmth provided with such a thin layer of fabric is unmatched. Fit is spot on and feels like nothing is there under a helmet. Next up two more for my daughters! If I may make a suggestion, My 13 year old loves to rock the very common snowboard style of letting her braided pigtails hang out of her helmet. Would love to see a women's balaclava with pigtail holes. Stay warm and look cute doing it! If you make it, I will buy it.

I have worn these Balaclavas for a few years. I use the regular one for most days on the mountain, but use this warmer ones when it is cold. All the grandkids wear them under their helmet too. Excellent product!

I love this! I was surprised that it fits so well, but it's not too tight. It also fits under my helmet easily. I definitely wanted a balaclava that I could keep my nose covered or pull that part down. No regrets at all!

This balaclava has been a face-saver during the recent polar vortex! The hood is snug and does a great job of keeping out the wind with the face guard up or down. The face guard is breathable when raised.

Our first purchase of balaclavas for a ski trip in Colorado did not disappoint! We wore hats on top and they proved an excellent base layer for head and neck. Would highly recommend. Easy to wash and dry.

I bought the Expedition Hood Balaclava for skiing and hoped it would work for cycling as well. It exceeded my expectations for both activities! On a recent early morning ride at 29°F (22°F with windchill), it kept me warm, prevented my cycling shades from fogging up, and was impressively breathable. Plus, it fits comfortably under my regular cycling helmet! It is a well designed product and worth every penny!
