This cup is cute, the idea is great, but small tea particles seep through and you have to throw out the last two ounces of tea when you get to the bottom. Thinking of using a second infuser along with this one to see if that will work. Disappointed that I paid so much for a cup that doesn't work as it's supposed to.

Not as thrilled with assessories: ROSE GOLD HEART TEA INFUSER very disappointing as it can not hold quantity of tea in sampler packets. These were bought as gift, upon receipt I decided to keep for myself and reorder. Once I tried them out I was glad I did not use as gift. Can use mug with sample teas but it is not comfortable to hold, handle is to slender. I love the tea sampler and will reorder just that for a gift. It is GREAT way to be able to try all the flavors! **I WILL order more teas as I find my favorite flavors**

Tea still really seeps through the infuser. Cup is too small to enjoy much tea so I put it in other glasses. Also it’s not pink, unliked pictured, it’s a clear cup.

I love the design of this cup. The lid can be used to hold filters part when its ready to drink and the condensation also doesn't leak out with the way the lid is designed.

The cup is cute and feels very fragile. I feel I have to be careful washing and storing it or it may break. I put my loose tea in it and the holes were to big so a lot of tea and residue ended up in my cup after I pulled out the diffuser. Sadly I will be returning the cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it looks and feels very fragile, I’ve been using it everyday and it’s held up. Hand wash it. It will last and it brews your teas to perfection. I’m buying another one just to have as a back-up. That’s how much I’m in love with this cup!

This is my favorite steeping mug. I love that it is clear so I can see my tea, and that the steeper sits in the lid when the steep time is up! It is not double walled, which allows you to really see the tea and is more beautiful. It is a little fragile, but to me, this helps me practice mindfulness as I sip.

I loved it. I would have had it a tad bit larger. But I tipped it over Inyo the sink and I piece pieces broke off leaving it unusable. Next choice is one more durable, w a wider base.
