States download code printed on receipt. Never was. Immediately told someone and they called an electronics department employee over who stated she would reprint. Waited 30min (asked 2x how much longer) and finally she comes out and says she tried to reprint but still no code. 😡 So what? She says she had no idea what else I could do.
