    Doesn’t blend frozen fruit, battery dies before you can blend one protein shake, doesn’t hold a lot. Doesn’t work while plugged in so when it dies in the middle of a smoothie, you have to wait for it to charge! I also received the wrong color. The only good thing is the convenience and the color options.

    I purchased two Blendjets from Target and the Blendjet 2s were recalled late December. I submitted the form to get replacements almost a year ago and still have not received anything. They should stop selling these when they are potentially unsafe and they don’t do right by consumers providing safe replacements.

    This blender barely crushed ice. The company offered a recall due to a malfunction. This was in November 2023. I have yet to receive my replacement part and the company will not offer a refund.

    Hiccups in design, absolute crap in customer service

    Line up arrows directly or it won’t turn on— does not appear airtight when they’re lined up. Gets stuck when blending frozen fruit, needs to be shaken. Recall happened, said you had to show proof of destroying the piece to get a fixed one to avoid injury…ten months later you’re given “you destroyed it voluntarily and we have a backlog”. They only offer to replace, not refund, so basically you’re just donating money to this company before it goes bankrupt. Pay a little more and opt for the ninja personal blender. Less fun colors but actually works & their customer service doesn’t blow.

    Portable Dissapointment

    It all started out great - we didn't need the portability and so it never left our kitchen. Nevertheless, the Blendjet stopped working less than 3 months after purchase. I did not pay attention to the mere 60(!) day warranty. Se we are out the $35 we paid. Unfortunately, it wasn't even worth that and now it will go to landfill. Customer service was... less than helpful. If you can, spend the extra $20 on a nutribullet. This product will not last!

    Wrong color, twice

    I ordered the purple/lavender color twice and keep getting a mint green color sent to me. They scanned them at the store when I returned them and I was told they had the wrong barcode and were scanning the wrong color. If you order the purple lavender beware, you may be sent the mint green.

    Wrong Color, Handling of Recall is Horrible!!!

    After not receiving the promised replacement parts for the recalled version as so many other reviews have also experienced, I decided to just purchase a new one. I was then sent the wrong color (Mint), and but when scanning the barcode it does appear as the color I just ordered (Lavender). The thing is, there isn’t even an option anywhere for the Mint version so this makes me wonder if they sent me a recalled one again! The very first one I bought which was recalled was Lavender, but when I go into my order history to access that page it says it is no longer available, but it is still available to purchase through this link. That tells me that they changed the barcode or at least the UPC number. Meaning the reason the wrong color (Mint) is scanning as Lavender is because they recycled the barcode from the recalled versions for the new one. I hope I’m wrong that they would send recalled items but this is getting returned immediately. As if the whole replacement parts debacle wasn’t bad enough. Extremely disappointed.

    Poor customer support

    I also have been waiting for BlendiJet replacement parts for >8 months. They had us shred the parts from the recalled model and send them back with promises of replacement parts. I recently reached out to their support team and was advised they are “unable to provide a timeframe for delivery” Of course they have no issues stocking the shelves with new models. I would listen to those of us who have experienced this, if you have an issue, I am doubtful they will provide support.

    Shortly after purchasing a Blendjet the product was recalled. I followed their instructions to get a replacement and 8 months later, I'm still waiting. When I contact them, I get a blanket statement about "supply chain" issues. They will not issue a refund or give any idea when a replacement will be sent. If you want a personal blender, I recommend you choose a different company.

    It’s shocking that this company continues to sell the model 2.0 while those who bought model 1.0 were forced to destroy their units under a recall. We were promised replacements but 8 month later we are still left in the dark. Funny enough the company refuses to offer 2.0 versions or a refund instead. Just awful treatment of customers.

    Blendjet has a recall on the Blendjet 2 products and customers (including myself) have been waiting for nearly 10 months for the replacement parts. Blendjet has you destroy the base to submit for the recall so for the last 8 months I have only had half a product that is useless. Blendjet's customer service phone number doesnt work and the e-mail contact just gives you a generic and non helpful responce. This is clearly a company that doesnt stand by the quality of their product.
