Make sure you put the batteries in correctly! It shows a picture of the way the batteries go, but only the first one you put in! The second one has to go the opposite way and I think that’s why a lot of people say it doesn’t work lol (I did the same thing). This is a great set. No issues.

The mixer included barely works, and only when the batteries are in just the right place. I bought 2 of these, one for me and one as a gift. Mine worked for about one use and then the coil came off the end. I got it back on and it came right back off with the second use. I tried to use the other one and it wouldn’t turn on at all. The powders are good, but skip this set with the mixer.

I was very excited to use this item however it was to my surprise as all other reviews that this item truly just doesn’t work. I wish I would’ve looked first before purchasing. I added batteries to the item which aren’t even included and it didn’t even turn on. I will be returning to find a hand mixer that actually works.

I wanted to love this because I LOVE Bloom products and I needed a mixer, plus was a great option to try new flavors! The mixer works about 2/3 of the time right out of the box. I've used it about 20 times and it seems to only go on what I would call low speed. It's only kicked into high speed one time. It doesn't matter where you press the button, it only goes slow, if it works at all. I've had many other mixers and know that as a design, they kind of all stink, but this one hardly works period. I would return but cannot because I threw the box away. Money to value ratio is way off-way too expensive for what you get. You can get a better mixer on Amazon for $15 but I was willing to pay extra for the brand + samples. Sorry, Bloom! This was a miss.
